The firm was born at the beginning of the last century (1905), as a center of collection for the export of fruit and grapes for wine. In the twenties, with the equipment for drying an roasting oily seeds, it entered business realtions with the producing countries and it qualified itself as a specialized centre for the manufacturing of dried fruits and legumes. Today is in the van of progress for its techniques of selection, roasting, manufacturing and preservation of this products, and it has found a place also in the great organized dristibution with goods that are characterized by their high quality standard.

All our products are selected on the basis of their quality, taking into strict account both their geographical origin and their purveyors. Here is a list of our main products:PEANUTS: both raw and roasted from Israel, U.S.A., Egypt, China, and for shelled product Brazil. WALNUTS: both in shell and cracked, from Italy, Chile, U.S.A. (California). ALMONDS: in shell, cracked and pealed, from Italy, Spain and U.S.A. (California). HAZELS: in shell and cracked, both raw and roasted from Italy. PISTACHIOS : both raw and roasted-salted from Iran DRIED FRUITS: Apples, pears, apricots, figs, plums, raisins, mangos, papayas, coconut, kumquants, pineapple, dates, and other tropical fruits. CANDIED FRUIT: citrons, cherries, tangerines, oranges, pineapples... and many others, both whole and sliced or in small cubes. DRY LEGUMES: beans (borlotti, lamon, corona, cannellini, saluggia, cramberry), peas, broad beans, lentils, lupins, soia beans, chick peas; from : Italy, U.S.A.,Canada, Mexico. CORN: spelt, barley, millet, sesame, maize.
