ITALFORNI was established in 1977 by Eng. Leone PADOA, father and pioneer of the Italian ceramic and of the manufacturers of kilns. Born as engineering office for the design of kilns, it developed itself producing machinery and complete plants for all ceramic sectors. During all these years of work the technical service of engineering never missed in order to study the best solutions for the problems proposed by the customers. Thanks to the tenacity and the care for the different producing technologies, ITALFORNI has been able to make a name for itself all over the world.

Plants: supply of the project for the realization, complete of studies and analysis, lay-out, search of the raw materials, engineering, construction, assembly, start-up and everything is necessary for transforming an exigency of production in an efficient producing plant in order to obtain the max capacity with the lowest costs. Kilns: roller kilns, tunnel kilns, tunnel kilns with sliding batts, shuttle kilns, bell kilns, melting kilns, double channel with rollers or batts. Everything built with specific products, chosen for guaranteeing the best performances of thermal resistance and the lowest consumption. Dryer: dryers for drying every kind of ceramic product, from the tiles with a 5% of humidity up to pots or sanitary ware with a 20% of humidity. Dryers for cutting or polishing lines.
