Ever since 1850, the Colombini family has been manufacturing and storing traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena in wood casks, following simple and highly-precise procedures, carefully executed in the right sequence, selecting the most suitable times and places, in order to obtain a product with a well-balanced sweet and sour flavour, with velvety nuances and a brown and bright colour.
