The Company

The Casoni Fabbricazione Liquori Company was founded in 1814 in the small northern Italian town of Finale Emilia (Modena). Today the Casoni family still manages the company, guaranteeing the same consistent quality which has characterized Casoni liqueurs for nearly two centuries. The company has a 15,000 square meter production facility with four fully automated bottling lines (plus a fifth line exclusively designed for producing miniatures). Production capacity exceeds 20 million bottles per year. Our highly efficient logistics department and our completely computerised finished-product warehouse enable the company to ensure prompt delivery. Quality control is an extremely high priority and Casoni controls of raw materials, production, and storage are highly rigorous. The company’s production and control procedures are modelled around the ISO 9002 norms and Casoni is currently working to obtain full certification in 1999. The quality-control process is facilitated by Casoni’s practice of carrying out every phase of the production process here in the factory. This includes the extraction and creation of the essential aromas and the various infusions and distillations.

The Products

The company has a 15,000 square meter production facility with four fully automated bottling lines (plus a fifth line exclusively designed for producing miniatures). This provides the company with a production capacity of 30 million bottles per year. Our highly efficient logistics department and our completely computerised finished-product warehouse enable the company to ensure prompt delivery.The company is specialized in traditional Italian liqueurs, particularly in Sambuca, Sambuca Caffè, Amaretto, Grappa, Lemoncello, Amaro, Bitter and Fernet. Recently, new products combining tradition and modern tastes have been created: the Creamy Sorbetti. The range is completed by a full series of imported products (ie. Rum, Whisky, Tequila, Sangria) which are of primary interest for the Italian market.We have recently taken the exclusive distribution for the Italian and foreign markets of the famous Amaro Braulio.

Sales Network

The modern distribution channel for the Italian and foreign markets is managed directly by the company's sales office with a structure of middle management.The distribution of Casoni products on the national territory in the traditional and HORECA channel is carried out by 30 agents.For what concerns the distribution of Casoni products in foreign markets (Casoni is present in Austria, Germany, Be.Ne.Lux, Spain, Portugal, U.K., Finland, Norway, Switzerland, France, Greece, Denmark, Canada, U.S.A) we co-operate with exclusive Importers.
