Ours is a family-run farm, specializing in the production of balsamic vinegar and Vignola cherries.
Next to the family house is our vinegar cellar. The building, surrounded by cherry trees, is built entirely of wood and from the large loft above the sales area you have a bird's eye view of the vinegar ageing area, consisting of barrels made of oak and other woods, where the vinegar rests and ages for a long time before being bottled.
Balsamic vinegar has been linked to the territory of Modena for countless centuries and is made with production methods which have remained almost unchanged over time from generation to generation.
CUPIDO is a line of balsamic vinegars aged in oak barrels. Produced with Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, it has fruity characteristics ranging from sweet and delicate to intense. These natural fragrances, which are a guarantee in themselves of its home production and value, are incredibly clear after tasting. Cupido, the maximum expression of our productive commitment, is ideal for: meat, roasts, fish, cooked and raw vegetables, and the inevitable parmesan cheese. It is also incredibly expressive on strawberries and ice cream and desserts.
The farm vineyard consists of Trebbiano and Lambrusco varieties, used since time immemorial to make balsamic vinegar.
From mid-May to mid-July Acetaia Angelo also harvests the famous Vignola cherries on a daily basis. Come and visit us!
