The story of Zanasi car repairer's in Maranello is strictly connected with the story of Ferrari. It's a couple born in 1964 when Enzo Ferrari, who needed professional man able to mend his cars, asked Umberdo Zanasi, a local young and talented car-body repairer, for his willingness.
It was a question of working from late evening until the dead of night: repairs had to be only done and they had to pass the unquestionable judment of the Drake.
During those years parts were finished up with the hammer and Mr.Zanasi, an excellent sheet-metal worker, crefted with the precision and the class pf a sculpture, so that he wos able to obtain the Commendatore's complete faith.
But the real turn is in 1970, when Sandro Martinelli, a sheet-metal worker, and Adriano Giusti, a varnisher, entered into the partnership.
In that same period Scaglietti car repairer's in Modena stopped repairing the current production cars of Ferrari's customers, who, to a great extent, passed to Zanasi's one.
At the same time the motor firm in Maranello accorded the official recognition and the part-time relation, born a long time before and based on mutual estimation between Ferrari and Zanasi, became in all respects a real industrial partnership.
Zanasi car repairer's today consist of two production factories, both located in Maranello with a a staff of fifteen people, to which we must add the partners and the founder's son, Marco Zanasi.

Zanasi car repaires's has five painting ovens, three body check benches car benche, among which one is specific for aluminium structures (Ferrari 360 Modena), a tester for specific controls of Ferrari bodies, original Ferrari Dime for "duly" repairs ; check benches and, if necessary, original design.
Only Ferrari sanctioned car repairer's (there are only two in Emilia Romagna) can have such equipments.
Zanasi customers come from all over the world with old or recently cars, slightly damaged or half-destroyed, and they are sure they will get back their car in perfect conditions.
Zanasi car repairer's has in fact a very well equipped spare parts store, with spare parts for every Ferrari model on the market, and also has Pininfarina's spare parts that cannot be found.
It can provide personalized solutions for the most exigent customers, with riginal eqipment such as rins, seats, carbon insides. The colour range is almost complete.
The absolute experience and the professional skill of Zanasi car repairer's men is till today at the house of "Rosse" disposal, for the Formula one cars too.
In order to seal this relation Zanasi can repaires's bought in 1993 Michele Alboreto's single-seater, that can ne seen in the car repaire's entrance; the greatest champions who drive Ferrari single-seaters, from Gilles Villeneuve to Michael Schuimacher, trusted to Zanasi's "cares".
